Nano-level Ultra-high Speed Laboratory Emulsification Pump Y25Z and Y20Z laboratory high-shear emulsifiers are equipped with original German motors, ensuring more stable operation and lower noise. They are compact and convenient, and can be operated by hand. Depending on the matching working head, they can complete various processes including dispersion, emulsification, homogenization, grinding, mixing, dispersion and homogenization of high-viscosity materials, as well as crushing and homogenization of animal and plant tissues.
The rotation speed can reach 28000rpm, and it can operate continuously for up to 4 hours. There are more than 20 types of working heads available, and vacuum operation is achievable, easily meeting various high-demand experimental requirements for dispersion, emulsification and homogenization.
